If you (RS) understand it why are you shutting down the NUG mailing list?
Have you (RS) forget that we are your CUSTOMERS?

Based on what? Have you (RS) asked the NUG community about it?

I will not repeat what others have already said why the NUG list is so
important. But if you (RS) care with your CUSTOMERS then you *must* revert this
decision.
