Marketing reality

  Someone once told me that marketing rewards reality, not ego.  
Let's hope RS realizes the pissing off their main customers with lame  
excuses is bad karma, and will rethink their hastily-made battle plan  
before 'reality' kicks them in the bottom (line). This is one that  
definitely did not survive contact with the enemy... :)
