I don't believe you can store files that have resourceforks inside
a virtual volume, so probably not.
I think you're going to have to read the files in and them write them
out as a binary, encrypted if you want.
You can then store the binary files in the virtual volume, or as
individual files in the Application Support folder.

I'd say you've dragged too much stuff into the project (images,

Frank.
Or the size of the items dragged in is to big..
Frank got it. I have/had 10 3DMF files in a 2nd project, ok thats
not much
however, some of them turned out to be large in file size, so added
up,
it just couldn't handle it - so to speak.
I took out all but 5 of the files and it complies.
What's interesting when i first tried to complie it, durning the
compling
I got an out of memory error and must quit - error. Ok so I
increased the memory
for Rb then I got the Runtime error.
Looks like I'll just have to load them from them outside.
I'll just have to find a away to keep must users from geting access
to files.
I've never used VirtualVolume, would that work ?
Thanks
Eric
