folded into the compiled project.

Hi Folks,
First Q: I need in Windows to create a shortcut programatically and
move it to a specific location. Any suggestions?
Second Q: Is is possible to include an exe file in a compiled app,
say by including it in the project object? Then, from within the
compiled application, launch that executable. Sort of like a subprogram.
