Even over the new PostgreSQL plugin?

I have not compared pgSQL4RB with the latest PostgreSQL plugin. It is
unlikely that I would given the bugs I experienced with the old
plugin. Marc's classes talk directly to the postgres server using the
postgres protocol over tcp/ip so Marc's classes are likely to be as
optimised the REALbasic's tcp/ip socket. It is unlikely that a new
PostgreSQL plugin would be any faster than Marc's classes.

Does the pgSQL4RB require registration with every distributed app installation?
Site wasn't real clear on what Registration meant.

No. If you want to distribute unlimited different RB apps then the pro
license for $370 USD covers that. If you do not require console
connectivity then the standard license for $340 USD would do.

Unlimited distribution of one RB application is $90 USD.

You can buy an inhouse-one app for $50 USD for testing / demo or just
use the demo license.
