The same code in 5.0 through 2006r2 worked flawlessly. (I
accidently trashed my 2006r3, cannot remember if that version
worked or not.)

So I'm stuck with compiling from 2 IDE's. The Windows version works
flawlessly even with 2007r1.

broken in what way? I haven't seen any broken behavior with smaller
groups.
