What next... maybe RB should do real time compiling, so that you can
switch to the IDE, amke some changes, then switch back to running
version of your app to observe them...??? That would be cool.
hehe. JK. I believe the first steps towards incremental compilation
were made with 2007r1. It should only get better from here on in.

C compilers like Xcode keep track of which source files were changed
and only compile the new source.
Is this asking too much? Surely RB could keep track of dependencies
and new changes and be smarter at compiling. This would speed
edit-build cycles at least 10-fold for larger projects. I'm sure this
has been thought of, I just wonder why it's not implemented.
