Are there differences between Mac and Lin/Win in object disposal?

I'm finding in my ElfData Unit Tests (very thorough tests testing all of my plugin), that it is reporting that some objects are leaking.

It's calling REALbasic's runtime.objectCount to find out if objects are leaking or not.

It's always +1 or -1, though. One more or less object than is expected, exists.

On the Mac, it's fine.

This leads me to suspect that the object disposal on Win and Lin is a bit different. Perhaps it is a bit wobbly?

On the Mac I'm not getting +1 or -1 objects. My tests run perfectly.

Ideas anyone?

I'm pretty certain my plugin has absolutely no platform specific behaviour in it. I do have endian specific behaviour, but not platform! And that has nothing to do with object allocation but just data conversion, so I can't see that it's a problem in my code.

Is RB at fault here?
