The same is true with the Linux stub, but I just move the cursor around
inside the stub window (not the whole window).  The transfer speeds increase
exponentially.

This is with Fedora Core 6.

I haven't noticed a problem with Windows XP, but I think I will experiment
next time I debug on Windows.
