Looks to me like VB didn't' have auto-complete so it developed a way
to speed code entry by grouping similar code for a control into a method.
That's my best guess.

Humm.. possible, its been a while though, may just a away to not have to
type the controls name repeatedly.
When I was on college they taught us VB, I don't remember the WITH though..
