The whole thing with RB is NOT having to do this. Self contained apps is
one of the big selling points of RB apps. There are other ways of dealing
with the update issues.  4D Server has a quite elegant way of updating its
apps in incremental fashion, maybe something similar could be adopted.

It seems to me that in the IT world we are moving to browser based apps more
and more anyway, and for the rest, I don't consider downloading even apps
the size of RB much of a problem.
