Yep comodo works and you can download the files you need from them.

If you join Tucows, you can get a 1 year Comodo certificate through
Tucows for signing software (using MIcrosoft Authenticode) for $70
USD.  I just use InstallShield to refer to the private and public keys
generated and so don't need the signing tools.  I think they're
available from Comodo but didn't bother downloading them.  I'm unsure
what other installers let you digitally sign your software at the end
of the build.

One certiifcate covers all your signing needs for a year.
