It's not a matter of writing bug-free code.  When one of my customers  
finds a bug, I fix it.  If it's a week after delivery or 2 years.  If  
they want new features, they get charged.  But bug fixes are always  
free.  Am I doing it differently than the rest of the custom  
programming community?
