In brief: When polling the Keyboard object, if you pressed Alt with a KeyDown (or MouseDown), Keyboard.ControlKey is TRUE!! (with AltKey being TRUE hopefully). When pressing Control, only the ControlKey property is true. This means that (for the few of us messing with Modifier combinations) Ctrl+Alt+Drag is totally impossible to detect. I just found that with RB2006r3, checked and is still true in RB2006r4, did not checked in RB2007r1, but checked with older version and it goes back down to RB2005r2, may be less!!
