I believe that I've resolved this one.  By setting the properties in  
the Window's Open event for each BevelButton, the icon image displays  
properly and the Title text is properly positioned below the  
graphic.  Not great, but at least it is consistent.

This one still has me growling at the Language Reference 8-#.  Any  
thoughts on the enabled / disabled situation out there?  I've also  
tried adding a call to the bevelbutton's Refresh method and even  
disabling and enabling them when the window regains focus with no luck.
