Could this be an old RB 5.5.5 bug? Sometimes I can cause a project to launch as an OS 9 app for no good reason in 5.5.5. This happens in debug builds for me. I remember others complaining about it a long time ago too. No idea whatsoever how to work around it. For those who have never experienced it firsthand, it doesn't always launch OS 9 (Classic). Sometimes it just runs normal as an OS X app.
