How can a Window (or a Control for that matter) be re-opened? AFAIK, once a window is closed, it and all of its controls are condemned. Their only option is a quick, clean death, or a painful drawn-out death (if somebody's hanging on to a reference). But I don't know of any way to open them again... have I missed some neat trick?
