My workaround was to create a nice .ico file, and I used InnoSetup to
create a desktop / Start menu icon using my ico file.

Inno setup script looks like:

[Icons]
Name: "{group}\My App"; Filename: "{app}\MyApp.exe"; IconFilename:
"{app}\MyIcon.ico"

Within RB, I used a very simple icon, which will still get displayed as
part of your windows.

Hope that helps,

Brian
