Is it really true that I can't use SaveAsPicture on a Mac and then read the same file from Windows? I tried today asking it to SaveAsWindowsBMP, but RB balked, and the LR says "No cross-platform formats are currently implemented.". This seems weird, because I can *open* picture files cross platform, why wouldn't I be able to save them?
Is there another method to save pictures so that they're accessible cross-platform? Or does someone have a Plug-In that permits it? (I'm aware that Endian issues may come up, but I'm happy to store my data using the same Endian format on both platforms.)
