I was getting a similar error once because I was passing a somewhat malformed argument into a declare. The program would run ok, since it wasn't a parameter that I was depending on, but was giving me grief after it had closed. Why? I have no idea. And this was a while back so the details are pretty fuzzy. Also, it was under XP, and you appear to be on OS X.
Does this happen on any project, indicating an issue with your RB install, or just one project in particular?
