In the release 2 of RB 2007, there's this change:
FolderItem: Using GetFolderItem or new FolderItem with a
path to a non-existant file that has more than
31 characters
in one path part now returns nil or in the case
of "new
FolderItem", raises an exception.
Like NewPicture, should not new FolderItem return nil if it can't be
created?
