Code folding is all fine and good, but there is a problem. The + and
- code folding clickboxes are so small and faint that it is hard to
tell the difference between a folded "+" section and a "-" section
that just doesn't have any code in it yet.

I would strongly suggest that the "+" clickbox be displayed in a
different color (red or green) to make it immediately obvious that it
represents a folded section of code.

Also, if the first item in a folded section is a comment, it should
be displayed even when the code is folded, perhaps in a unique style
(red italics?) that makes it obvious that it is a comment about
folded code.
