The file drop is not accepted.
Do you really have the AcceptFileDrop call in the DropObject
event, where it's far too late (since this event won't fire unless
you've already told it to accept this type of drop)?

"It is not working" is not very helpful. Can you give us more to go
on? Does the ImageWell reject the drop? Does the code above not
execute? Do you really have the AcceptFileDrop call in the DropObject
event, where it's far too late (since this event won't fire unless
you've already told it to accept this type of drop)? Does a
musclebound thug reach out from the monitor, grab you by the lapels,
give you a shake, and say "Don't do that?" Or something else?
