Hmm. I haven't seen that, but I have noticed that cmd-Delete no longer works when the code editor is active, rather than the code browser. I used to be able to click a method, hit cmd-Delete, and it would work -- or at least I believe so, since I keep trying to do it and keep feeling surprised when it doesn't work. Now I have to click twice, once to select the method and again to select the code browser. This is a PITA, but I haven't gotten around to reporting it yet. I wonder if this is related to what you've found. How are you deleting the method in your step 5?
