Maybe you should join. Back when I joined the beta program, it was pretty much a simple question of asking to get in, don't know how picky they are nowadays but the best way to know about new features and make sure you minimize your surprises (good and bad) with a new release is to test the betas before it gets released! Otherwise you're SOL for 3 months.
