And some times they ignore the feedback unless you mark the error as
something they are interested in.

  I've had one or two IDE errors never get reviewed.

  However, they are MUCH better than most companies.  They seem to realize
they are small and continuing revenues through updates are their bread and
butter.  They can be made to listen

No.  This is a *user's* list; there is NO employee at RS whose job it
is to read it with any regularity.  RS has been very clear about this
from the start.  It is for discussion amongst ourselves; it is not, and
has never been, a reliable means of communicating with the company.
There are other procedures for that (such as the feedback system).
