That's a loaded question. For some R2 is working fine. For others there are issues. Your mileage may vary. R2 used the compiler in a way that made things compile faster in the edit/debug cycle which is great. But it's not without new issues either. Try it on you projects and see how they fair is the only way to assess if it's suitable for your uses.
