Thanks Karen for this nice information.

Usually, when I do not found what I search after a couple of minutes or so 
(sometimes until 5 minutes), I stop the search.

That is why I do not own a Lexmark printer for example :)

PS: that company sold only printers and I spent more than 10 minutes on their 
web site; I found their html based mail, but not the "products" links! So I 
stop there and buy an Epson printer ... That is my customer job: if they do not 
want to sold their product(s), I buy something else / somewhere else a product 
I want.


PPS: this is why I am so... in the explanations (even in French): using the 
correct sentense / words usually make the people understand (but not always). 
And when the writting is not in yout mother language, the things goes worse.
