Hi, I tested this in RB2007r1:
I put a multiline editfield in the default window which already contains text. I run that and I discover that a "select all" menu item exists by default (it didn't in earlier versions, like 5.5). Fine, I select it. Now that all the text is selected in the edit field, the "select all" menu item should be disabled. I go checking: it is still enabled.
