Aren't you are supposed to supply an individual icon for each size? I believe I've heard that the icon will automatically be reduced as needed for display, but if this is true, is the quality of the icon as good as that of Photoshop or programs that create icons?
Also, in the Windows IDE, the largest icon size (in the IDE) is 128x128. Does the Mac IDE allow 2556x256? If so, why wouldn't the Windows IDE allow 256x256?
