Does anyone have suggestions about how to implement something like
this call from the SDK:
REALBuildPictureFromPicHandle
but outside of a plugin (i.e. via Declares/RB-native code)? I already
have a PicHandle. Now I want an RB Picture, but don't want to resort
to a plugin just for that. Sorry to cross-post, but I figure this
list will have the most knowledgeable folks for a task like this. Oh,
one more thing... ideally I'd like this to work as far back as 5.5 if
possible.
