New MySQL plugin

Dose anyone knaw when will new MySQL plugin be relesed? Plus, I've read 
somewhere that there is beta of that plugin
. Dose movefirst, moveprevious and other methods work with that plugin? 
If they do, where could I get that beta plugin, or if someone can send 
it to me?
