Well the SDK is set to compile to default host platform, so if you
are compiling on Intel then by that setting it changes from ppc to
Intel which is why you need to set it to exclusive ppc
That (+ turning prebinding off) gets me a clean compile
I think you have to have Prebinding on to have two level namespace
when compiling against SDK older than 10.4 otherwise you will get
crash on launch with the app if it uses more than one plugin.
Also note that you have to change to GCC 3.3 as GCC 4 compiled
binaries will only run on MacOS 10.3.9 or later.
