10, but 9.2 is ok, and 8.3 or 7.2 will work as well, ;-)
10 won't work for cross-compiling. Some versions of 9.2 won't
cross-compile either, IIRC (that's roughly the time when they stopped
selling their Windows compilers).
To answer the original question, pretty much any fairly recent version
of CodeWarrior should work just fine.
