When logged into the feedback system, you can join the beta
program from the My Account page. Once in the beta program, there
is a plugins sdk available. However, it's not required to build UB's.
I don't own RB 2006 anyhow, so I can't get the new plugin SDK. That
is a real shame. Can't you just update the old SDK to the new SDK?
That's what we're doing. However, the update is in the beta process
to weed out any bugs introduced.
