QString sounds like some Qt class. REALbasic uses GTK, so adding a declare to QString, or whatever functions that you require from it, would require the Qt widget toolkit. I'm not sure what you're trying to do, but perhaps there's another solution?
The problem I have been dealing with is that localeconv does not seem to return the correct locale settings for the logged in User, so I wanted to talk to KLocale.h instead, which uses QString all over.
