There are several implementations of calling dot Net modules from Delphi
which I think would more applicable to what you are trying to do.

Google Delphi dot net modules and see what you find. There is a commercial
product sold by RemObjects that handles this interface between Delphi and
dot net but I am sure there are free implementations you can find to
inspect.
