I'm not completely aware of "Buckhead Properties" since you did not send me a Proforma or APOD on subject property and i have contacted several owners and owner representitives about their property recently.

I am a Real Estate Broker, licensed in The State of California. Iicense # 00157979. As a real estate broker I am held to a higher standard of ethics and fair dealing than the general public, and, am not usually asked to sign a confidentiality agreement.

However, If you will tell me your position (broker of record; owner; owner's atty., etc.) and infofrm me of how I may participate, and e-mail me the letter particiation and confidentiality agreement and
non-exclusive buyer/broker agreement as a Word doc. I will sign it and fax it back to you if you will send me your fax number.

Please identify yourself by name and relationship to the property, and general info about the property that you can tell anyone w/o a confidentiality agreement so I can know what property you are talking about.

We would be interested it the property that appraises for $11Million, but is for sale for $7 Million too.

7 days from now may be a little fast for my investors to act, especially since they do not know the property even exists yet, however, I shall act post haste, and maybe we can create a contract that is more solid than the last one you handled.

The Buckhead property's contract fell through. The property needs to be closed within 7 days.
