Not for stand alone single family. Yes, if the number of units makes
it a commercial venture. Also the amount loaned may depend on location of
collateral. So, best bet is to give me the ballpark numbers, location, and
a two-sentence brief history. If we can not solve, possibly we can direct
you to a better source.
