Can someone answer me this question pleease? My brother seems to think that since he has had his NY Salespersons license over a year he can take the 90 (45) hour course and exam and apply for his Broker's license. His license is registered with a broker but he has never sold or rented anything at all? Is this true? I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this question, I just need an answer. Thank you.
