Hello everyone....new to this group. My latest Quandry....I was
literally at the final stage of "net branching" when the company I
had decided on, after 8 months of research....began to spring
ridiculous fees on me...per loan, + per month, +,+,+...and, when they
finally disclosed the approved lenders they worked with, after having
told me they were set up with over 200, the actual list
totalled.....3. yes 3. So I will not be going onboard with them. I
have a commercial location, with highway frontage on a major road, 6
originators coming onboard immediately, and (personally) 4 million
worth of loans that I mistakenly sought out thinking I was already
set up. So I need to find that special broker who wants an office on
the MS Gulf Coast (Biloxi, etc) that comes with the person to run it.
I'll discuss details, commission splits, etc. (I don't expect salary
as a mgr., etc.) I'm open to a number of avenues at this point...any
individual who OWNS a mortgage company that is ALREADY set up, and is
