Money needed for acquisition. You would have 1st
position. Client will
use property as collateral and is willing to cross
collateralize wit
other property 2nd position on cross though. Client needs
75% LTV or More.
All options will be considered. Client 2 will look at
structuring a
owner finance note for note buyer to purchase.
Both
deals need to be done ASAP.
