They are described as the following: 1.The World Famous Chicken Ranch Brothel (total outlay: $6.95 million*). 2.Three (3) available brothels held by one owner (total outlay: $7 million*). 3.One stand alone brothel held by one owner (total outlay: $3.5 million*). *All prices are subject to change and negotiation. The eventual licensee/owner will be majority (95%) vested and retain all stock, rights and ownership issues in this investment.
