Hello,    I have one property below that some are sold and others are not; they maybe of interest to you; please let me know if any of them are interested in purchasing!    My client has a $9,000,000 note on a property worth  $25,000,000.  The commercial property is a single tenant office building that  is 71,000 square feet that sits on 4 acres in California.    There is also a large parking lot.  This is a triple net lease and this property has been rented out and brings in roughly $1,751,000 per year.    What terms would be best suited for you?  Possible terms include interest only and/or interest and principle, partial or full balloons.    If possible, would you be willing to take 100% of  the note and/or trade off position for equity in the property if the terms are acceptable?     Would you be willing to put the funds required for the note purchase into an escrow fund for roughly 30-45 days until the closing process is completed?  My client has superb credit and collateral and is a major developer.   Would you be  interested?
