Polish real estate market � a booming market
Polish real estate market is one of the best to make easy money. Do you remember the London real estate boom over the last decade? It�s over there. However, the Polish market is sure to develop rapidly. The growth has already started but it is only a beginning. The potential in here is really great.
The price of flats has risen over 12 percent in Warsaw and over 10 percent in Cracow during the last year and it is still on the increase. This two major cities are the best places to invest money as other towns are very much unemployment stricken and the prices there will not grow so fast due to the economic problems. But other towns are a great potential for the future too. The price there is several times lower than the price of equivalent property in Polish major cities.
Some people simply buy many new flats from developers. They can negotiate the price then. After that they quickly and easily sell the flats to individual clients at a higher price. However, long term investment is also sound, as predictions show that the growth will last whole decades. Here in Poland we have too little flats. The gap is so great that it will take perhaps even generations to bridge it. The problem is that Poles have not enough money to invest.
The price of land is on the increase, too. However, citizens of EU member states are generally not allowed to buy it for several years yet.
Both flats and land are extremely cheap here in Poland as for the EU standards. They simply must approach the prices in other EU countries as this is the same European market now. This is only a matter of time.
Many foreign investors are already conscious of the potential of the Polish real estate market and invest their money here. Nevertheless, the process of buying it is very complicated, the formalities and bureaucracy are so great here, that many of them simply give up or lose great money if they have nobody in here to be their business guide.
