Hey everyone, I am a newlywed looking to start a family in Bucks County, PA (would like something in Council Rock School District like Holland or Richbor, but would consider close to/ others). We have looked for a while and have not found anything we love. So after further discussions we started looking for buildable lots and can not find anything because of these dam TollBrothers and other large builders they buy up everything.
We are looking for a lot (.25 - .75 acre) to build our beautiful dream house on. If anyone knows of any lots or places to look other then MLS for ridiculous $300K for 1/2 acre please let me know. I am even willing to pay you a referral fee of some sort if I close on it. I would also consider a larger lot that could subdivided since our parents are also looking for a house. I am also willing to work something out with someone who is willing to part there current lot and sell me a peace of it, I really don�t need more the 1/4 acre. Let me just make it clear we will NOT resell it. This is not being bought for a quick flip or a resale of any sort. We would also consider a small house in a nice area where we can leave the shell, and build up our dream home.
