[RealEstate] Mexico Loans

Hello,   I am trying to find someone or a company that is interested in funding loans in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.  Most of the clients that I currently have are US Citizens either buying or refinancing.  All of the clients have credit score above 680, and all of the loans are 60% to 65% LTV.   Presently I have approximately $35 Million US in loans that need to be funded.   I do have a few nationals in Mexico that are looking for loans as well.  The LTV on those loans is approximately 50% LTV.  I presently have in excess of $40 Million US in these types of loans.   Any information that anyone has on contacts or if you are a direct lender would be greatly appreciated.   Sincerely,     Matthew C.
