Tom. I'm a mortgage broker but we all swim in the same pool
and when it comes to services like those you speak of. My
opinion is the same because I have received the same results from all of
those that I have use. THEY ALL STINK!!
When it comes to a home loan most of the people say.. THEY ARE JUST
SHOPPING. At a cost of $30.00 for each lead (so
called) that's very expensive.

OK,
we have all been inundated with telephone calls and e-mails from
HouseValues.com, Houses.com, HomeGain.com and innumerable others
asking us to subscribe, purchase, participate in their "wonderful"
residential lead generating programs. My question is - Has anyone
out
there actually signed up for one of these programs and has it
been worth the expense?
I am specifically interested in
HouseValues.com but would like to hear about any and all of these
programs.
I will collect the responses and disseminate the data to
everyone who responds.
