Anyone knows a lender that will finance large parcels, say 20-160 acres, with limited utilities, no well or electricity on the property? Electricity would be within reasonable distance, say 500' and water can be later added by drilling a well, in other words, the property will have a good water bed. Downpayment of 5-40% is OK. Most of land is located in Arizona.
Based on my research, most lenders have limitations of say 5 or 10 acres in size and they require some utilities, especially water. I need someone who will lend on unimproved raw land that I can improve later on myself. Thank you in advance for any tips!
