We have aligned ourselves with a 20 year old fund based in the UK,they will fund quality projects in South Asia,Israel,the Mideast,India,Africa,US,Europe,South America and China.They are looking at Government related projects such as energy,technology,low cost housing,water purification,environmental,cement,waste removal projects,sewage systems,any non profit programs that are of social benefit etc.
We must start with a proper summary and be able to communicate quickly with the principle,min amount is 20mm USD with no realistic maximum,closings within 90 days in most cases if presented properly capable management must be in place the Trust may want to do the construction or build out themselves.
